3. Appointment Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointment Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to appear for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee may be charged.
